The Truffle Cellar

In a natural context of ancient perfumes, we organize new pleasant experiences of truffle hunting in a private wood, also called “tartufaia”, to show you how search of the woods treasure happens. 

I’m Paolo, truffle hunters! Over the years we have refined the truffle hunting technique, personally trained our dogs, discovered pieces of paradise and wonderful views in the Tuscan woods. After meeting we will take you to a land where, after a brief explanation on truffles and dog training, we will begin the real search.

Tour target is to reveal the beauty of nature where truffle borns and grows. This torney into nature will show you the uniqueness of this product and the close human-animal relationship. Before this amazing experience there will be a short explanation on truffle’s life, where it lives and grows and at the end some techniques for training a truffle dog. Subsequently the excursion we propose you a delicious lunch based on typical Tuscan dishes with local product and fresh and flavoured truffels. What are you waiting for?
