AB Personal Chef

Alessio Berionni, born in 1991 in a small town in the heart of Umbria, Gualdo Tadino, he graduated from the Assisi hotel school and started working in the best restaurants in his area

At the age of 17 he moved to England in South London, where he began to pursue his passion for cooking and perfection. After years of sacrifice he began to hold important positions in starred restaurants such as Gringling Gibbons 3 Michelin stars, worked along side Alaine Ducasse, Gordon Ramsay, and Country luxury houses such as Stapleford Park 2 Michelin stars. In 2019, after having created not only a cultural and working background, but a fantastic family, and while leaving a piece of his heart, he decided to return to his country and get involved as a Personal Chef, successfully reaching yet another goal.

In-Villa master cooking classes:

An enthusiastic day together learning the typical cuisine and how simple ingredients can transform a meal into an experience.

For that are already good cookers or even chefs  we can get into a day spending time to know modern cooking techniques  and the world of the food designing.

Revisited cuisine 4 courses

Gourmet cuisine 5 courses

Children under 6 are free.
From 6 to 12 years the price is half of the full price.

In-Villa Personal chef:

Holiday is what sometimes we all need, we still have 3 meals a day with has to be cooked from someone, well.. I am here to help during your holidays, you won’t need to think about anything, I will shop, set up, cook and obviously yes  tidy up at the end of the meal.
