Terms and conditions
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
Using the appropriate form on the website, guests can make a reservation.
Once the booking request has been made, an email will be sent to the address communicated with the detailed summary.
To confirm the reservation, we require:
- - A deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking reservation.
The deposit can be paid through:
- - Bank transfer
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when we have received the total payment of the deposit.
Once we have received the deposit payment the reservation will be confirmed and guests'll receive an email with the invoice (non fiscal).
FINAL PAYMENT:
30 days before check-in you will receive a reminder email inviting you to pay the remaining amount of the reservation, payment must be made within 8 days before check-in.
Here is the summary of the various stages of the booking.

SECURITY BOND:
The security bond payment is fixed at €300 and will be requested during the final payment.
The deposit will be refunded at the latest 5 days after check-out.
The security bond will be retained in part or totally in the event that there is damage to the physical properties of the Galgani Farmhouse. The value of the maintenance, repair or purchase of the damaged properties will in any case be communicated to the guest to always guarantee maximum transparency.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of booking cancellation:

Once the booking is confirmed, any variation or cancellation of the same can be made exclusively by e-mail to the address: info@agriturismogalgani.com
Cancellations or changes communicated up to 31 days before the scheduled arrival date do not involve any penalty. We will refund the total amount paid as a deposit.
Cancellations or changes communicated between 30 days and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date will imply a penalty equal to the deposit paid. We will refund the remaining amount already paid.
Cancellations or changes communicated from the 7thday up to the date booked for the beginning of the stay will result in a penalty equal to the total amount of the booking amount. We will not refund the paid price.
There is, therefore, no refund for cancellations without notice or without communication (no show).
In the event that the final payment is not made within 8 days before check-in, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit payment will not be refunded.
In case of an early departure, for any reason, the stay must still be paid in full.
In case of late arrival compared to the agreed dates for the stay, regardless of the reason, the agreed rate for the entire reservation must still be paid in full.
In case of cancellation or no show of one or more people within a larger group, we will have to charge the full amount due for the booking.
The above conditions will also be applied for cancellations caused by force majeure.
