Sincere and authentic Tuscan experience
The house (120m2) is on the first floor and is accessed via a external staircase. Inside we find a large living room / dining room with kitchenette, sofas and TV;
3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a single bedroom. In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine disposal of guests.
The interiors are furnished in rustic style with some antique wells, the floors are in terracotta, ceilings have lego beams and there is still a very grand old fireplace.
At all windows there are mosquito nets and abroad there is ample space with table and chairs for eating outdoors.
The swimming pool is located in the large garden, surrounded by a large solarium area with deck chairs and umbrellas. Barbecue available.

Tradition and modernity
The country house is a former 12th century "Pieve" (it was an ecclesiastical structure with a country church with a baptistery) which has undergone a careful restoration that lasted several years.
The integrity of the Pieve was maintained with the collection of magnificent stones and rocks from the nearby stream (just like 400 years ago).
The house is richly decorated in a rustic Tuscan style and designed to offer both the comforts of modern life and the warm hospitality of a medieval home.
You will find authentic details throughout the interior, wood beamed ceilings and beautiful fabrics and furnishings.
The house has 4 bedrooms (two large bedrooms with double beds, and two smaller bedrooms, with double and single beds) and two bathrooms. The beds are rustic and offer the best comfort.
The pool is treated continuously to ensure the highest water quality and offers a beautiful 180 ° panorama over the surrounding hills.
There is also a large private park of about 80 hectares where you can go for walks, jogging or simply organize a picnic, surrounded by the most unspoiled nature and peace of mind.

Where is located Pieve al Leccio?
At the top of an Hill
The village is like an extended family where everyone knows and helps each other. The restaurants in Montalcinello, Chiusdino and Radicondoli are famous and people from all over Tuscany come here to dine out (so we recommend booking in advance).
The well-known five-star resort of Castello di Casole (voted No. 1 Resort in Europe by Travel and Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler) and the beautiful 5-star Borgo Santo Pietro estate with the Michelin Meo Modo guide are just a 15-minute drive from the home.
We recommend having a car. The house is 10 minutes drive from the famous Abbey of San Galgano and 35 minutes drive from Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Chianti and 1 hour drive from Florence, Punta Ala or Grosseto.
